Was excited to try something new, and was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food was. The flavors were something I’ve never tasted before, and I am so happy and satisfied with what I ate. Very filling food with generous portions, 1 item is definitely enough for 2 people and has still leftovers. The egusi and turkey efo riro were exceptionally amazing with good flavor and you can tell it was made from the heart. I’m very glad to be supporting a small business and buying authentic and amazing food that obviously had effort put into it. Very sweet service and patient with me over the phone, which I really appreciate. Will come back again as a returning customer to eat more again, thank you so much.
i ordered the egusi with beef and fufu and it was sooo yummy! it’s really tasty i think a lot of people would like it. i was so happy to see that there is a west african cuisine so local to me!! the owner is so kind, you can tell that she makes her food with love too. support small businesses!!! im definitely coming back again :)

This was my first time trying West African cuisine and it did not disappoint. The fufu and Egusi was incredible, the fried rice was great, and the spicy fish was fantastic. The puff puff was a great way to capstone this culinary experience.
I had been craving Egusi for a little while now, my go to spot moved and when I found this place I just needed to try some. I’m not an expert but the Egusi had tons of flavor, I added chicken (would probably try a different protein) but still really yummy. Service was friendly and I would definitely go back for more. Thank you!
I recently found this place in riverside and have ordered two times already this week! The quality is very good, and packaged nicely. The portions are pretty large as well. I have ordered the puff puffs, fufu, egusi soup and jollof rice as well. I like my food mild so spice level three is perfect for me!
